Lanes are back open along Parham Road in Henrico after a crash

All lanes are back open along Parham Road in Henrico after a crash early Friday morning.

A woman drove off the road near Firestone Avenue, crashed into a tree, and then overturned around 2:30 a.m.. Emergency crews had to use the jaws of life in order to get her out safely. She was taken to the hospital, conscious and breathing. She is listed in serious condition.

The southbound lanes of Parham Road were closed for several hours while crash teams investigated. They are now back open.
