Phoenix, AZ : Three people arrested after car crashes at Phoenix condo complex Tuesday morning, Sep 22, 2015
Three men were arrested after a car crash that damaged a Phoenix condominium complex Tuesday morning.
Police said the men were heading down 36th Street when the driver entered the Saratoga Condominiums near McDowell Road. At some point, the vehicle hit a couple of columns and caused damage to a balcony.
Witnesses told police that the men got out of the car and were acting strangely and said one of them had a gun.
They called police and due to the possible weapon, a SWAT team responded to the scene.
Police searched the apartment complex and nearby field. All three suspects were located and arrested, but officers were not able to locate a gun.
Police said DUI charges will be filed.
