BIRMINGHAM, AL : Two children woman injured in hit-and-run while trick or treating in Birmingham on Tuesday, 31st October 2023

Three people, including two children were injured after being struck by a vehicle in Birmingham Tuesday night.

Birmingham Fire and Rescue said the children, ages 4 and 9 months, were trick or treating with youngest child's mother when the incident happened.
