Palmyra, MO : Moberly truck driver injured in crash west of Palmyra on Tuesday night, May 10, 2016

A Moberly man was injured in a Tuesday night traffic crash west of Palmyra.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports a 2014 International tractor trailer driven by Michael D. Shipley, 58, was eastbound on Mo. 168, six miles west of Palmyra, at 6:15 p.m. when it traveled off the right side of the road, overturned and lost cargo.

Shipley was transported by Marion County Ambulance to Hannibal Regional Hospital.

The patrol was assisted by the Marion County Sheriff's Department, Palmyra Fire Department and the Missouri Department of Transportation.
