ST. JOHNS COUNTY, FL : 2 dead after wrong-way crash on A1A in St. Johns County on Thursday, 20th April 2023

Two people are dead following a crash Thursday morning on A1A in St. Johns County. The sedan was traveling southbound north of Guana River Road around 6:25 a.m. when it crossed over the center line, "for unknown reason," a news release from Florida Highway Patrol states.

A pick-up truck traveling in the opposite direction collided with the left, front end of the sedan causing the sedan to spin out and get hit on the right side by a third vehicle, an SUV.
