Sherman, TX : Man injured after motorcycle wreck in Fannin County Saturday afternoon, April 1, 2017

A McKinney man was flown to hospital after wrecking his motorcycle in Fannin County Saturday afternoon.

Nicholas Stidham, 33, was riding his 2013 Harley-Davidson northbound on State Highway 121, north of Highway 121 Business. Texas Department of Public Safety Staff Sgt. Mark Tackett said at about 4:20 p.m. the motorcycle hit the back of a trailer pulled by a pickup, which was also traveling northbound.

The motorcycle veered off the roadway striking a pipe and cable fence. Stidham was transported by helicopter to the Medical Center of Plano for injures that were not life threatening, Tackett said.
