BEDFORD COUNTY, VA : 1 rescued after crash leaves vehicle over an embankment in Bedford County on Sunday, 17th September 2023

A person was rescued from a vehicle that ended up over an embankment early Sunday morning.

The Stewartsville-Chamblissburg Volunteer Fire Department said it responded to the 3700 block of Goodview Road at 1:30 a.m. for a multi-vehicle accident with entrapment.

Crews arrived to find a single vehicle over an embankment, on its side, with one uninjured person who could not leave the vehicle.
