A Woodward woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident Friday.

Tamra Emmons, 47, was driving a 2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac north on Oklahoma 34, just south of County Road East/West 35, 5 miles north of Woodward, when the vehicle departed the road to the right, according to an Oklahoma Highway Patrol report.

Emmons overcorrected, and the vehicle crossed the center line, departed the road to the left and rolled five times, the report states. She was pinned inside the vehicle for approximately 35 minutes.

According to the report, Emmons was transported by Air Evac to Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, where she was admitted in stable condition with head, arm and trunk internal injuries.
