Geary County, KS : Clay Center man dies in Geary County crash on U.S. Highway 77, near Milford Lake on Wednesday 24th October 2018

A Clay Center man died in a car crash Wednesday afternoon in Geary County.

David Sutton, 70, was driving south on U.S. Highway 77, near Milford Lake, when he went off the right side of the road, according to a Kansas Highway Patrol report. Sutton overcorrected and went off the road to the west, causing the vehicle to roll, the report said.

KHP officers responded to the scene at 4:30 p.m. Sutton was declared dead at 7:20 p.m.
