KANSAS CITY, MO : Crashes involving pedestrian closes NB I-435 at MO 45 in Platte County on Friday, 22nd December 2023

The Platte County Sheriff’s Office and the Missouri State Highway Patrol are investigating two crashes, one of which killed a pedestrian Friday morning.

Around 6:30 a.m. the Platte County Sheriff's Office was alerted of a two-vehicle crash on the northbound lanes of Interstate 435 at or near the 22-mile marker.
