SUNSET HILLS, MO : 1 dead in Sunset Hills motorcycle crash on Tuesday, 12th September 2023

One person is dead after a crash involving a motorcycle in Sunset Hills Tuesday afternoon.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol confirmed to First Alert 4 that a motorcycle driver was killed after a crash involving a box truck at Highway 30 and Rahning Road around 4 p.m. Police say the motorcycle was going westbound on Highway 30 and tried to change lanes. The motorcycle then hit the truck, which had slowed down due to congested traffic.

Police say that 61-year-old Debra Fitzgerald, of Fenton, who was riding on the motorcycle, was ejected. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
