Driver in emergency lane flees before explosion on Ga. 400

A metro Atlanta man says the convenience of turning part of the shoulder of Georgia 400 into a traffic lane to ease congestion almost cost him his life. He had to pull over and a car hit him, causing the vehicle to explode in flames.
