Baby boy still in critical condition after crash

Two other children and a number of adults travelling in the same vehicle were also taken to hospital in Mullingar after the crash. However the baby was subsequently taken to Beaumont Hospital and his condition was described as critical this evening.The road at Terlicken Cross was closed for most the day today following the accident. The road is now open once again. More updates to follow.
