Garland,TX : Two teenagers injured in ATV wreck on Saturday, 2nd May, 2020

The teenage driver of an ATV was seriously injured and his teen passenger received minor injuries after colliding with a tree early Saturday morning on Tramway Road, off Little Blakely Creek Road, according to a Garland County sheriff's vehicle crash report obtained Monday.
Dalton Leif Wetherington, 19, address not listed, was driving a 2009 Yamaha 700 Raptor southbound on Tramway around 1:15 a.m. and was negotiating a curve uphill when he ran off the roadway to the left and struck a tree.
Wetherington reportedly sustained serious injuries and was airlifted by LifeNet to an unlisted hospital. His passenger, Macy Lynn Horne, 19, address not listed, reportedly sustained minor injuries and was transported by a LifeNet ambulance to CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs for treatment.
The report notes neither victim was wearing a helmet and speed too fast for conditions was listed as a suspected cause of the wreck. The report notes it was a gravel road and conditions were dry and clear at the time of the wreck.
