Indianapolis, IN : One person injured after a crash near I-69 on the northeast side on Wednesday, November 23, 2016

I-465 has reopened near I-69 on the northeast side after a crash closed all lanes of the interstate for over an hour.

There were multiple vehicles involved in the crash. It happened just before midnight Wednesday.

Police say that two cars crashed initially in the left-hand lane of I-465. As many as four other cars and a semi were then involved in subsequent crashes over the course of the next few moments.

Indiana State Police closed 465 and the ramp from I-69 to westbound I-465 during cleanup.

At least one person was injured, but police did not say how severe those injuries were.

Traffic is now flowing again in all lanes.
