Dallas, TX : Five people injured in 2-car crash on U.S. 175 in South Dallas early Monday, August 22, 2016

Five people were injured in a car crash early Monday on U.S. 175 in South Dallas.

Dallas County sheriff's deputies and Dallas Fire-Rescue responded to the accident around 1 a.m. near the Second Avenue exit.

Two cars were involved in the crash. All westbound lanes on U.S. 175 were temporarily shut down.

The conditions of the five people injured in the crash are unknown at this time.
