Rock Hill, SC : One man injured after car crashed into concrete barrier on I-77 near Dave Lyle Boulevard on Wednesday afternoon, March 4, 2015

A medical helicopter landed on I-77 to transport a victim injured in a crash Wednesday afternoon.

Images from the scene show a car that appeared to have crashed into a concrete barrier on I-77 northbound near Dave Lyle Boulevard.

Traffic was backed up on north and southbound lanes. Just before 4 p.m. all lanes were reopened to traffic traveling northbound.

Officials were on scene surveying the crash site and have not released any information on what caused the crash.
