Mesa, AZ : One person injured after a rollover crash on US 60 near Greenfield Road on Thursday morning, February 5, 2015
The US 60 westbound has reopened at Loop 202 after a rollover crash occurred near Higley Road on Thursday morning.
Officials say a woman was driving from an on-ramp onto the US 60 when she hit a metering light post and spun to the HOV lane. A white truck driving in the lane rear-ended her and rolled over.
Debris from the original crash hit two other cars.
The driver of the truck, a man, is expected to be okay, but he was taken to a hospital with a possibly broken hand. All other drivers are also expected to be okay.
Police are investigating whether or not the woman was impaired during the crash.
The roadway was closed for several hours. Back-up on the US 60 appeared to go for miles.
The lanes of US 60 eastbound weren't affected.
