Putnam,CT : Dayville woman identified as victim of fatal Putnam crash on September, Saturday 30th 2017

Police have identified the victim of a fatal crash in Putnam on Saturday.

According to police, 24-year-old Marissa Rocks of Dayville was the operator involved in a deadly one vehicle accident just after 1 a.m. early Saturday morning.

The accident took place at the intersection of Grove and Tatem Streets.
