WEYAUWEGA, WI : Four hurt in Waupaca County head-on collision on Monday, 25th March 2024

Four people were hurt in a head-on collision on Highway 10 in Waupaca County, and one was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving.

The sheriff’s office says it received a call just before 8 p.m. of a car going east on westbound U.S. 10 in the town of Weyauwega, just before the collision.

Three people in the car that was going the wrong way and one person in a westbound car were taken to hospitals. We don’t know their conditions.

The wrong-way driver could face charges of operating while under the influence causing injury, operating without a valid drivers license causing injury, and second-degree recklessly endangering safety.
