ARDMORE, AL : I-65 accident injures 2 people on April, Monday 10th 2017

A one-car accident in the southbound lane of Interstate 65 this morning injured two people, state troopers report.

Troopers said driver Alicia Leslie, 40, of Louisville, Kentucky, and Nathan Wall, 37, of Southside, Tennessee, were transported to the Athens-Limestone Hospital with injuries. The hospital did not return a call seeking the victims’ conditions. Troopers said neither person was wearing a seat belt.

Troopers said the accident occurred about 7:30 a.m. 10 miles north of Athens when the 2002 Ford they were in overturned. The wreck blocked traffic for about 30 minutes, witnesses said.
