VOLUSIA COUNTY, FL : 1 killed, 2 hurt in crash that shut down I-4 in Daytona Beach on Saturday, 13th April 2024

A crash Saturday morning on Interstate 4 in Volusia County killed a DeLand man and injured two other people, forcing the temporary closure of all westbound lanes in Daytona Beach, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred around 3:20 a.m. at mile marker 130, west of Interstate 95, troopers said.
