Livonia,MI : Livingston County man killed in Lima crash on December, Sunday 17th 2017

A 23-year-old Livingston County man died early Sunday morning following a one-car crash on Clay Street in Lima, Livingston County.

Livingston County Sheriff Thomas Dougherty said that the driver, Brandon Curtis of Hemlock, lost control of the car he was driving around 10:30 p.m. Saturday. The car,, which had been traveling southbound, crossed the northbound lane, went off the road and struck a utility pole, he said.

Curtis, who was alone in the vehicle, was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital, where he died from his injuries just after 1 a.m., Dougherty said.

The investigation is ongoing, and is being conducted by the Sheriff’s Office.
