Fresno,CA : Teen girls arrested in Visalia after crashing stolen car on October, Saturday 7th 2017

Two teenage girls were arrested October 7th in Visalia after police say they crashed a stolen car and took off running.

The incident happened near Houston Avenue and Burke Court.

Police say an officer attempted to pull the vehicle over, but the driver did not stop and lead police on a short chase, because of high traffic in the area the pursuit was called off.

A short time later, authorities located the car in a field near McAuliffe Street and that is where both teenagers were taken into custody.
