FAIRFIELD, CA : Eastbound I-80 in Fairfield open again after pedestrian killed in crash on Thursday, 14th November 2024

Eastbound lanes of the Interstate 80 near Air Base Parkway are open again following a fatal crash involving a pedestrian in Fairfield on Thursday morning.

According to the CHP Solano Area Twitter page, the person "ran into traffic and in front of a vehicle." They died at the scene.
