Fayetteville, AR : 23-year-old Brandon Berger died in single-vehicle crash on Monday, February 2, 2015

A Fayetteville man has died after crashing into a highway sign then a tree early Monday morning.

According to an Arkansas State Police (ASP) report, Brandon Berger, 23, was driving south on I-49 around 1:19 a.m. when his 1998 GMC veered off the left side of the road near exit 67.

ASP reports his truck hit a highway sign and a tree before coming to a stop.

No other cars were involved in the accident, according to the crash report. The report lists weather conditions were clear and the road was dry.
