Two people were killed and several more injured after a head-on car wreck in Anne Arundel County.
Police say the collision occurred at 10:30 p.m. on Saturday on Solley Road near Chestnut Springs Lane in Glen Burnie.
Police say one car lost control while negotiating a curve and struck another car head-on, forcing it to flip over onto the roof. A third car then struck both vehicles.
Two of the drivers, identified as 47-year-old Donna Thayer-Fitzgerald and 18-year-old Joshua Pack, were pronounced dead at the scene and their passengers were taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The driver and passengers in the third car were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
