Cirlcleville, KS : Gary Michael Swindale, 21, dies in single-vehicle rollover on 254th Road near Cirlcleville on Saturday night, Aug 8, 2015

One man was killed in a rollover accident late Saturday night near Circleville, according to a news release from the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office.

Gary Michael Swindale, 21, of Holton, was traveling east on 254 th Road at approximately 11:50 p.m. when his vehicle left the road and rolled multiple times. Swindale was ejected from the car and was pronounced dead at the scene, the release said.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
