BAXTER, MN : Motorcycle crash critically injures Pillager man at the intersection of Highway 371 at Design Road in Baxter on Sunday, 26th May 2019

A 25-year-old Pillager man was in critical condition Sunday, May 26, after the motorcycle he was operating crashed with a vehicle at the intersection of Highway 371 at Design Road in Baxter.

Emergency medical personnel from North Memorial Ambulance and Brainerd Fire Department assisted the Baxter Police Department at the crash reported at 1:33 p.m. The driver of the motorcycle, Brady Feist, who was wearing a helmet, was transported by ambulance to St. Cloud Hospital.The driver of the vehicle was Craig Matich, 58, of Baxter. Matich reported no apparent injuries at the scene, Baxter police reported.

The crash is under investigation. The Minnesota State Patrol will assist Baxter police with the investigation in mapping the incident for crash reconstruction.
