SCDOT officials said portions of I-85 SB will undergo repairs after a fiery, fatal crash in Cherokee County Tuesday night.
Just before 8:30 a.m., our FOX Carolina crew at the scene reported that one lane had reopened on the SB side of I-85 near the crash.
SCDOT officials said just before 10:30 a.m. that all northbound lanes had reopened as well as the left southbound lane, but that the right southbound lane would remain closed.
SCDOT said the exit 106 SB off ramp will remain closed to allow repairs to the crash site - about 300 feet of both southbound lanes were damaged during the incident.
