Gastonia, NC : A man died in a single-vehicle crash on Monday, 11th June 2018

A man died in a single-vehicle crash Monday night.

The incident happened at 5:35 p.m. on Bethlehem Church Road near the intersection of Range Road in Kings Mountain.

LaBradford Allen, 25, of Cleveland Avenue, Grover, was driving a 2005 Yamaha motorcycle west on Bethlehem Church Road. He passed another vehicle, got back into the right lane and went off the right side of the road and struck a mailbox, according to the N.C. Highway Patrol.

Allen died at the scene of the crash.
