Allen County, IN : Three people injured in a two-vehicle crash at Indiana 37 and Rupert Road on Wednesday morning, Sep 2, 2015

Three people were hurt, one critically, in a two-vehicle crash at Indiana 37 and Rupert Road this morning that may have been caused by glare, the Allen County sheriff's department said.

County police said a vehicle driven by a 28-year-old woman crossed the center line about 8:40 a.m. and collided with a car driven by a man in his 80s.

A woman passenger in the second vehicle, also in her 80s, was taken to Parkview Regional Medical Center in critical condition with leg injuries, police said. They said the driver of her car was taken there with minor injuries from airbag deployment. The 28-year-old was taken there with a possible broken leg, police said.

They said all occupants were wearing seat belts, and air bags deployed in both vehicles.
