three-vehicle collision on MD 100 East in Elkridge at Interstate 95 has closed all traffic lanes and the left shoulder to eastbound traffic at 8:29 a.m. on Wednesday, according to the state Department of Transportation.

The Maryland Transit Administration at 9:15 a.m. reported major MARC train delays for the second time in as many days.
