Coldwater Twp, MI : 17-year-old killed in rollover accident on West North County Line Road west of Sherman in Isabella County on Saturday, June 27, 2015

The Isabella County Sheriff's Department is investigating a fatal, one car accident.

It happened Saturday just before 3:30 p.m. on W. North County Line Rd.

A Geo Tracker was traveling east when the driver lost control, ran off the roadway and overturned. The driver, 17-year-old Daniel James Bronis, was ejected, and the vehicle came to rest on top of him.

Bronis, from Lake, Michigan, had two passengers in the car at the time of the accident. Scott Owen Martin, 15, and Breanna Nicole Herman, 17, are both from Evart, Michigan. Martin and Herman were transported to MidMichigan Medical Center in Clare, and later to MidMichigan Medical Center in Midland. The extent of their injuries are not known at this time.

Alcohol or drugs are not believed to be a factor in the crash.

The Isabella County Sheriff's Department was assisted by the Clare County Sheriff's Department, Garfield Township Fire Department, Mobile Medical Response, Michigan State Police Mt. Pleasant Post and Isabella County Central Dispatch.

The accident remains under investigation.
