Knoxville, TN : 15-year-old boy killed in car crash Highway 62 on Monday November 16 2015

A 15-year-old boy was hit and killed Monday night.
According to a report from Tennessee Highway Patrol, Connor Slay was trying to walk across Highway 62 near the intersection of Hackworth Road. He was hit by a Nissan Maxima.
Troopers tell Local 8 News the driver, Byron Duncan, 34-years-old, of Knoxville, will not be charged. He was not hurt.
