Concord, NH : Motorcyclist injured in Mountain Road crash on Wednesday evening, July 20, 2016
Concord police responded to a call Wednesday evening after a motorcycle went off Mountain Road.
The driver was taken to Concord Hospital with unknown injuries at the time, Sgt. Joseph Pitta said on the scene. The single-motorcycle crash occurred between Hoit Road and Sanborn Road.
Police blocked off traffic in both directions while they cleared the scene. The bike was found in a shrub at the top of a hill on the southbound side of the road.
Police said the accident is under investigation and that they could provide no further information at the time.
About the same time, police responded to a crash near Exit 12 on Interstate 93 going north. Officials closed the left lane of the highway, which held up traffic.
