BUFFALO, NY : 21-year-old man killed after he was struck by a vehicle on Niagara Street on Wednesday, 8th May 2024

Buffalo police announced a 21-year-old man was killed after he was struck by a vehicle on Niagara Street early Wednesday.

According to police, a white Dodge Durango was traveling south on Niagara Street when it struck the 21-year-old man who was possibly on a skateboard. The 21-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police said the Dodge Durango continued traveling on Niagara Street, struck a parked vehicle and the driver fled on foot.

Police are in possession of the Dodge Durango and an individual has been questioned in connection to the incident.

No charges have been announced.
