Marysville,CA: Sutter man dies in auger accident in Rio Oso on November, Thursday 2nd 2017

A Sutter man died in an industrial accident with a walnut harvester trailer auger in Rio Oso on Thursday, an official with the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office said.
Deputies found Ryan Ward Romness, 42, of the 8000 block of Pass Road, dead when they arrived at the 300 block of Gallagher Road around 3:35 p.m., Undersheriff Jeff Pierce said.
Dispatchers received the 911 call about 3:15 p.m. Thursday, he said.
Pierce said Romness somehow became caught in the auger. He said the sheriff’s office has notified family.
