Upper Saucon Township, PA : Coroner identifies man killed in Upper Saucon crash on Wednesday, 10th October 2018

Authorities identified a 55-year-old New Jersey man who was killed in a crash Wednesday on Route 145 in Upper Saucon Township.James Ludden of Tinton Falls, N.J., was pronounced dead Wednesday morning at the scene of the crash, according to the Lehigh County Coroner’s office. Ludden died of blunt force trauma and his death has been ruled an accident, according to coroner Scott Grim.

The two-vehicle accident happened shortly before 7:30 a.m. near Vera Cruz Road and Oakhurst Drive, which enter 145 from the east and west.

Ludden was driving north on Route 145 and was making a left turn onto Vera Cruz Road when he was involved in a crash with a vehicle heading south on Route 145, the coroner’s office said.
