Troy, OH : 33-year-old Philip Smith died in a single-vehicle accident on I-75 South, in Troy on Monday night, March 9, 2015

One man was killed and two other men suffered critical injuries in the accident on I-75 South, in Troy, according to the Lt. Joseph Gebhart with the Ohio Highway Patrol. All three victims are believed to be in their 30s and 40s, Gebhart said.
Troopers say the vehicle made a dramatic lane change before overturning and landing on a guardrail on the right side of the road.
One man was pronounced dead at the scene, while the two injured men were transported by CareFlight to Miami Valley Hospital.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Piqua post of the Ohio Highway Patrol.
