Los Angeles, CA : Six people injured in crash between two cars in East Los Angeles on Sunday, December 27, 2015

A crash between two cars in East Los Angeles has left six people injured, two of them seriously.

Authorities say a van and a car collided around 11:30 a.m. Sunday.

Fire officials say two people received serious injuries, four had minor injuries. Three others were examined at the scene but declined to go to a hospital.

There's no immediate word on what caused the collision.
