An allegedly intoxicated driver from South Bend survived a head-on crash with a semi early Monday morning.
When Steuben County Sheriff’s deputies arrived at the scene, east of C.R. 850E, Jennifer L. McGaha’s Jeep was engulfed in flames, said the sheriff’s office report.
