Orlando,FL : One dead in I-4 crash involving semi-truck on October, Wednesday 4th 2017
A crash involving a semi-truck Wednesday morning on the eastbound lanes of Interstate 4 near exit 75 left one person dead, according to the Orlando Police Department.
The wreck near some of Central Florida’s popular attractions happened just before noon when a car struck a concrete barrier and redirected back into traffic. The car then pulled in front of a semi-truck, which struck the driver’s side of the Chevrolet.
The car’s driver died at the scene.
The crash caused traffic to back up to exit 72, near the Orange County Convention Center. The road was reopened by 4 p.m.
