DeLand, FL : Crash put the brakes on traffic on Interstate 4 near Volusia County on early Saturday morning October 18th 2014

A crash put the brakes on traffic on Interstate 4 near DeLand early Saturday morning. Traffic was backed up from mile marker 124 to mile marker 126.
