Lake Charles, LA : Man dead in single vehicle accident on I-10 in Sulphur on Friday night, February 3, 2017

A Houston man has died in a Friday night single vehicle accident on Interstate 10 in Sulphur, said authorities.
The driver was on I-10 westbound at the Beglis Parkway exit when, sometime around 10:15 p.m., he left the roadway, hit a guard rail and overturned, said Mel Estess, Sulphur police spokesperson. He said that the driver, who was alone in the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Estess said that police were still investigating the incident, and no further information was released.
