Wreck slows traffic westbound in Orange County

One person was taken to hospital after a three car crash on Interstate 10 between Rose City and Vidor Tuesday morning.
The Texas Department of Public Safety says the crash occurred in the westbound lanes of Interstate 10 in an area where the lanes are reduced from three lanes to two because of construction on the Purple Heart Bridge.Troopers say 25-year old Magan Burrows of Beaumont was driving a Toyota Celica and struck a Ford truck in the middle lane causing her car to continue into the inside lane striking another car.

Burrows' car flipped and came to rest in the inside lane.
Burrows was transported by ambulance to St. Elizabeth Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.The drivers in the other two vehicles involved were not injured.
