Lufkin woman flown to Tyler hospital with possible head injury following one-vehicle crash

A Lufkin woman was flown to a Tyler hospital with a possible head injury following a Wednesday morning crash on FM 58.

Jodi Wood, who appeared to be in her 20s, was southbound on FM 58 just outside city limits around 9:30 a.m., along with her 29-year-old passenger Chase Miller, when shestraightened out the 2013 Dodge Challenger SXT in an S-curve, according to Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper Clint Henderson. The car had dealer tags on it.
