ANGLETON, TX : Angleton motorcyclist dead after Monday crash on Monday, March 6th 2017

Speed may have been a factor in a motorcycle crash that left an Angleton man dead Monday evening, authorities said.

A witness called police just before 9:30 p.m. Monday and said a motorcycle traveling southbound on Highway 288 had left the roadway, veered into the center median and continued under the CR 290 overpass, Angleton Police Cpl. Cameron Parsons said.
