Chattanooga, TN : Person Killed, Another Seriously Injured In Accident On Highway 27 in Soddy Daisy on Friday night, July 8, 2016

One person was killed and another seriously injured Friday night in Soddy Daisy in a one-car accident on Highway 27.

The accident happened around 10 p.m. near the Harrison Lane exit. Both people were thrown from the car. One was pronounced dead at the scene, and the other was taken to an area hospital by HCEMS.

The accident is being investigated and the victims have not been identified.
