Tallahassee, FL: One dead in Nelson motorcycle crash, another seriously injured on Wednesday, 9th November 2016

One man is dead and another seriously injured after a motorcycle crash near Nelson.

Both men were on the motorcycle when it crashed into a tree on Higgs Rd, Mapua, about 5.30pm on Wednesday.

One man died at the scene. The other was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Higgs Rd was closed briefly but had since reopened.

Police were yet to determine what caused the accident, and wanted to speak to anyone in the area who saw the green and blue off-road styled motorbike.
